Restaurant F&B Manager

Minimum of two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. Will be actively involved in all service operations, specifically, but not limited to presenting menus to guests, taking orders, answering telephone, receiving reservation requests, managing reservations to meet business demands, serving and clearing of food and beverages, greeting and seating of guests, recording and maintaining related schedules and information. Responsible for development of staff within Food and Beverage operations. Will cross train in and at times support Buffalos Restaurant and Banquet/Catering operations.

Front Desk Agent - $12hr
Heavy Duty Steward (Dishes & Trash)
Server Assistant (Fine & Casual Dining) $8.00hr plus tips
Server (Fine & Casual Dining) Dining - $5 .75hr plus tips
Massage Therapist-$7.00hr plus tips & commissions
