Village Home Daily rates come with housekeeping service after every third night.
Village Home Weekly rates come with housekeeping service once per week. * Private dining not available in West Wilson Room rates are subject to applicable taxes, presently 11%. A resort service charge of $25 per cottage, $40 per Wilson Village home and $55 per West Wilson home (including golf cart) per night will be charged in lieu of cash gratuities for bellman and housekeeping staff. This charge also includes the use of bicycles, pools, fitness centers, kayaks on our internal waterways and Wilson Lawn & Racquet facilities. |

Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of your stay including 11% taxes and the $25.00 Resort Service Fee per night has been charged to your account. Sixteen (16) days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance of the reservation will be due. The credit card on file will be used unless you request a different one to be used. (Please note if your reservation is booked sixteen days prior to arrival only one deposit of 100% is taken.) Cancellation: We do require notification of cancellation at least sixteen days prior to arrival for refund of this deposit less a $50 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations received within the fifteen day period will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. |
